First akademik test in 5 years.. Ouch

I’ve been feeling a little odd the last few weeks, and at first I couldn’t really pin point it. But I decided that I have been suffering withdrawal. You know anxiety, headaches, the whole kit and caboodle. Anyhow I got my act together and got back on the horse. I have to tell you, it’s only been two days and I’m feeling MUCH better. (more…)

Phone, Bone, Turkey Day in Canada

Contest update
First off here are some hints for the trivia… I’ve only raced in 6 of Canada’s provinces. My brother was entered, and almost got question number 2 correct. I think family will have to mention a race I’ve done in each province. Otherwise I’ve gotten some close answers, but no winning ones just yet.

Also in the arena of scary things I’ve commited to something. It will actually matter what day of the week it is, on the odd occasion I loose track of the month. Now I have a place to be at 8:30 sharp M-F for the next 6 months. YIKES. (more…)

Drive by Numbers:

Firstly, I have to thank the Archbiker. Because without his ability to use 2 arms I would never have been able to pack my entire life into my Subie-roo.

Secondly I have to give Mike D. special props for being my inspiration for this drive. Not only did he drive the continent one armed with a stick shift, but he did it using only his Left hand (great for shifting during left hand turns). Good on Ya Mike. (more…)
