7:20 pm (EST) start time from Bakersfield
I stopped every 600 km for gas, only missing AZ, Ohio, and MASS, and never stopped more than once in a state (other than pee brakes)
My longest sleep was 3h in PA, second was 2h20 in Utah, I woke up really cold, and had two naps when the sun was shining in Colorado. I stopped in Vail to say hi to our RAAM nemisis’sss but their phone was busy, and the other guys I tried calling were out riding. SO I got back in the car and drove some more.
The subie and I made it - no problems because she’s a Champ - in to Archbikerville Friday early. I napped, hung a door, watched MTV for the first time since I was here last fall, ate hummis, fell asleep, woke up and it was NOON on Sat.
E-Bay people. My Lap Top is at HP again, I’m borrowing the Archbiker’s and am at a coffee shop to find the Interweb. Everything that’s been paid for will be shipped out Monday Priority Post from here, or UPS if it was Big from Action Sports.
