Hi Nat. My husband, Joe Awe, spoke with you at spin class at Action Sports about my wanting to do a triathlon. He said you wouldn't mind if I contact you from time to time if I have some questions. What is the best way to contact you? BTW...great website.

Hey Nat,
I just found your website-don't know why it took me so long. Anyhoo, I am so happy for you-you are living one fantastic life! Even in highschool, you had such an incredible motivation to succeed at whatever you put your mind to. I have no doubt that you will acheive all that you set out to do. All the best!

Hey Nat.

I'm going to the 2010 IM in Nice. But I'm not sure if I should go on a TT bike or normal road racer. I would difinitely prefere the TT though. Is the downhill sections dificult, or are the do-able on a TT bike?

Good Luck in the future.

Kind Regards
Michael
